Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!

Filters in the Dust Collector are in place

After each day’s operation, shake the filters to remove the clinging material.

If the collected material sticks to the filters, they may require occasional hand brushing or vacuum cleaning.

Hand brushing or vacuum cleaning performed if required

Care should be taken to prevent the tearing or puncturing of the filter cloth.

Filter cloth is not torn or punctured

If the filters become saturated with oil, they must be dry cleaned.

Set Screws 'D' loosened and front and back hold down bars 'C' removed

Filter bag clip cleared from the bag frame

Old filters removed and wood spacers left in place

New filters placed in Dust Collector Filter Frame 'B'

Rear Hold Down Bar 'C' in position and Set Screws 'D' finger tightened

Filter Inserter placed correctly

Rear Filter Inserter handle rotated to the right and pushed towards the rear of the cabinet

After each day’s operation, filters are shaken to remove the clinging material

If the collected material sticks to the filters, they are hand brushed or vacuum cleaned

Filters are not torn or punctured during cleaning

If the filters become saturated with oil, they are dry cleaned

Filters are replaced every two years under normal operating conditions

Filters are not removed except for replacement
