Filters in the Dust Collector are semi-permanent

After each day’s operation, filters are shaken to remove the clinging material

If the collected material sticks to the filters, they are hand brushed or vacuum cleaned

Filters are not torn or punctured during cleaning

If the filters become saturated with oil, they are dry cleaned

Filters are replaced every two years under normal operating conditions

Filters are not removed except for replacement

Model and serial number of your Dust Collector for Torit Replacement Filters

Filters in the Dust Collector are in place

After each day’s operation, shake the filters to remove the clinging material.

If the collected material sticks to the filters, they may require occasional hand brushing or vacuum cleaning.

Hand brushing or vacuum cleaning performed if required

Care should be taken to prevent the tearing or puncturing of the filter cloth.

Filter cloth is not torn or punctured

If the filters become saturated with oil, they must be dry cleaned.

Warning: Ensure the machine is turned off and unplugged before starting the procedure.

Set Screws “D” loosened and front and back hold down bars “C” removed

Old filters removed from cabinet

New filters inserted into Dust Collector Filter Frame “B”

Rear Hold Down Bar “C” placed in position and Set Screws “D” finger tightened

Filter Inserters placed in correct positions

Handle of the rear Filter Inserter rotated to the right and pushed towards the rear of the cabinet

Handle of the front Filter Inserter rotated to the left and pulled towards the front of the cabinet

Remaining filters placed in the space created
