Filters in the Dust Collector are semi-permanent

Filters shaken to remove clinging material

Filters hand brushed or vacuum cleaned if necessary

Filters dry cleaned if saturated with oil

Filters replaced every two years under normal operating conditions

Model and serial number of your Dust Collector for Torit Replacement Filters

Torit Filters are chemically treated for fire-resistance

Sign off on the cloth filters maintenance

Filters in the Dust Collector are semi-permanent and in good condition

Filters shaken to remove clinging material

Filters hand brushed or vacuum cleaned if necessary

Filters are not torn or punctured

Filters are not saturated with oil

Filters replaced every two years under normal operating conditions

Filters not removed except for replacement

Torit Filters are chemically treated for fire-resistance

Warning: Ensure the machine is turned off and unplugged before starting the procedure.

Remove filters by loosening Set Screws “D” and removing front and back hold down bars “C”.

Insert new filters into Dust Collector Filter Frame “B”.

Place rear Hold Down Bar “C” in position and finger tighten Set Screws “D”.

Place one Filter Inserter pointing toward the back and one as far forward as possible.

Rotate the handle of the rear Filter Inserter to the right and push toward the rear of the cabinet until the Angle Plates are parallel.

Rotate the handle of the front Filter Inserter to the left and pull towards the front of the cabinet until the Angle Plates are parallel.

Place one of the remaining filters in the space created.

Release both of the Filter Inserters and repeat steps No. 4–7 until the complete set has been installed.
