Disc Table Square With Sanding Disc Adjustment
WARNING: To avoid injury, always keep the plug disconnected from the power source and the switch turned OFF until the sander is completely assembled and adjusted properly.
Disc Table and Sanding Disc Alignment
Using a combination square, check if the disc table is 90° to the sanding disc.
Is the disc table surface 90° to the disc?
Adjustment of Disc Table
Loosen the table lock handle.
Adjust the table square with the disc.
Tighten the table lock handle.

Safety Precautions
Turn switch OFF and disconnect the plug from the power source
Remove Old Sanding Belt
Remove the belt worktable
Position the belt work support frame horizontally
Loosen the inner hex screw using a 5 mm hex wrench
Remove the two screws using a Phillips head screwdriver
Pull out the tension lever to release the tension of the sanding belt
Remove the belt exhaust cover

Ensure the worktable edge is positioned a maximum of 1/16 in. (1.6 mm) from sanding disc plate
Loosen the table lock handles on both sides of the disc table
Tilt the disc table to the desired angle (0° to 45°)
Tighten the table lock handles

Turn switch OFF and remove the power cord from the electrical outlet
Ensure all repairs to electrical components are done by a qualified service technician

Blow or vacuum dust from all sander parts and motor housing

Adjusting the Belt Table Angle
Loosen the table lock knob at the left side of the belt table
Tilt the belt table to the desired angle (0° to 45°)
Tighten the table lock knob
