Check hydraulic system pressure

Is the hydraulic system pressure 45 kg/cm2 (640 psi)?

Check oil level in the centralized lubrication unit

Is the incoming air pressure 5 kg/cm2 (71 psi) for APC and NC rotary table?

Check oil level in the lubricator unit. (for APC and NC rotary table)

Check oil flow through the oil window at the front of the spindlehead

Clean the tapered bore of the spindle

Sign off on the daily maintenance of the Vertical Machining Center

Lubricate ATC magazine chains and links using a hand oiler (except for 15-/20-tool ATC)

Change hydraulic oil and lube oil for the spindlehead lubrication system

Note: Steps 2 and 3 are to be performed at the first month after machine installation only

Sign off on the maintenance procedure

Check oil level in the hydraulic power unit

Check oil level in the lube oil supply tank of the spindlehead lubrication system

Change hydraulic power unit oil

Change spindlehead lubricating unit oil

Check and adjust ATC magazine chain for tension (except for 15-/20-tool ATC)

Sign off on the maintenance procedure

(2) Clean the filter of the spindle head cooler.

(1) Check lubrication condition of X- and Y-axis linear guide.

(2) Check lubrication condition of X-, Y- and Z- axis drive ball screws.;
