Shut down the machine properly, secure the MAIN SWITCH and secure with a padlock

Clean and blow out the filters and fans with compressed air

Replace all four filters if they are very dirty

Switch on the system again in manual mode

Check whether airflows can be felt

Sign off on the filter maintenance

Move the BendMaster into home position

Shut down the machine properly, secure the MAIN SWITCH and secure with a padlock

Remove the four screws from the fan mounting device

Pull out the fan mounting device

Blow out the fan with compressed air

Switch on the system again in manual mode

Check whether airflows can be felt

Move the BendMaster into home position

Collision with sheet stacks: When moving the BendMaster in Z direction, pay attention to the existing sheet stack

Manually move the BendMaster in such a way that the grease nipples of the Z-slide linear guides can be accessed through the openings in the cover of the floor lane

Shut down the machine properly, secure the MAIN SWITCH and secure with a padlock

Lubricate the grease nipples of all four linear guides with the grease gun

Sign off on the lubrication process

Machine shut down properly and secured with a padlock

Lamella grid on the front side of the device pulled off

Air inflow and air outflow openings blown out with compressed air

System switched on again in manual mode

Inner and outer airflows can be felt

Warning: Close the shut-off valve on the pivoted-jaw gripper before starting setup or maintenance work

Warning: Take special care when opening the shut-off valve, as the suction cup slat will start to move immediately

Check the pivoted-jaw gripper for damage

Sign off on the pivoted-jaw gripper inspection
