Switch off the machine in the correct way, switch off the MAIN SWITCH, lock it, and remove the key.

Bellows moved to the left to expose the cover of the Y guide?

Cover of the Y scale cleaned with isopropyl alcohol?

Y scale is no longer moist before installing the bellows?

Switch off the MAIN SWITCH, lock it and pull out the key

Pull out the filter mat (1) upwards

Switch off the MAIN SWITCH, lock it and pull out the key

Sign off on the machine maintenance

Do not put the machine into operation if a safety device is damaged (deep scorching, hole, crack, etc.). Replace damaged parts immediately.

Laser protection window undamaged

Invisible, high-energy laser radiation! Severe skin burns and eye injuries may occur.

Replace the laser protection window if 1 mm scorched markings or holes are discovered during inspection.

Only put the machine back into operation once the defective laser protection window has been replaced.

Laser protection window checked for scorched areas, holes or damage

Laser device is ready for operation and assigned to the machine.

The machine's drives are switched on.

Enter the amount of demineralized water used.

Enter the reading from the conductivity measuring device.

Protective gloves and safety glasses used.

Cleaning biocide added to the cooling circuit.

Cleaning and lubricating the chain and cam assembly of the pallet transport unit

Cleaning the X and Y axis racks and guideways

Checking and cleaning the Z axis bellows

Clean the grease collecting tray

Cleaning the drive unit's cover sheet
