Check oil level in the hydraulic power unit

Check oil level in the slideway lubricating oil tank

Check oil level in the spindle coolant unit

Check oil flow through the oil window

Check source pressure of the hydraulic unit

Supply lubricating oil to the power chuck master jaw

Sign off on the daily lathe inspection

Check the bedways for level and straightness

Flush out the hydraulic power unit and change the hydraulic fluid

Sign off on the 1 Monthly Lathe Inspection

Change hydraulic oil in the hydraulic unit

Supply lubricating oil to the chip conveyor

Sign off on the 6 months lathe inspection

Check the delivery condition of lubricating oil

Replenish the lubricating oil of the same brand

The pump operation interval is set at 5 minutes

Clean the suction filter at least every six months

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

If the gibs are not worn or loosened, stop the procedure

Did you loosen the gib adjusting screw at the headstock side (left side)?

Did you fully tighten and then return by a half turn the gib adjusting screw at the tailstock side (right side)?

Did you tighten the gib adjusting screw at the headstock side (left side)?

Enter the clearance measurement

Adjust the gibs for the cross-slide in the same manner
