Lock off equipment before maintenance

Setscrews and Drive Mounts Retightening

Is the reducer vent plug clear and operating?

Enter the current oil level at the level plug

Is the oil level at the bottom of the threaded hole of the level plug?

Is extra oil required due to conveyor and reducer inclination?

Clean the area around the reducer

Enter the air pressure of the drives tire (Model 181-Turntable)

Is the air pressure within the recommended range?

Select the type of bearings to lubricate

Ensure equipment is locked off before lubrication

Clean grease zerk fittings before lubrication

Wipe excess lube from shaft seals after lubrication

Check and adjust belting take up tension

Track the belting at both ends of the conveyor

Check the belt splice for any damage

Inspect Shipment for missing pieces

Locate, read, and protect your instruction manual

Ensure the instruction manual is stored safely

Check conveyor levelness and true-ness
