WARNING
1. Do not operate the high pressure coolant unit or perform maintenance and inspections without reading and obtaining a thorough understanding of the contents of the operation manual provided with the high pressure coolant unit.
2. Keep the high pressure coolant unit operation manual on hand to enable immediate reference.
3. After the completion of the maintenance and inspections, remount all covers before running the machine.

<Procedure>
1) Turn OFF the main power.
2) Remove the maintenance cover.
3) Place an oil pan beneath the drain plug.
4) Remove the drain plug and drain all oil from the tank.

15-1 Adjusting Oil Supply Quantity
Normally set the oil regulating knob at '2'.
Oil consumption with the oil regulating knob set at '2' varies according to the diameter of the nozzle or the oil hole.
Adjust the setting with the oil regulating knob in accordance with the cutting conditions.
NOTE
The supplied air pressure should be 0.4 to 0.6 MPa (0.5 MPa recommended).
Refer to the semi dry-cut system instruction manual published separately for details.

CAUTION: Do not touch chips with bear hands. If handling chips, wear gloves that have resistance to cutting. [Injury]

1000 Hourly Electrical Cabinet Fan Cleaning
DANGER: Prior to opening the electrical cabinet door, take care to ensure the plant-side power supply (circuit breaker) is turned OFF. Even when the main switch on the electrical cabinet is turned OFF, parts in the cabinet may still hold residual current resulting in an electric shock if touched accidentally.
CAUTION: If foreign matter adheres to the fan, it impairs cooling performance. Clean the fan periodically.
Turn OFF the main power
Disconnect the plant-side power supply (breaker)
Open the electrical cabinet door
Remove the screws A and remove the fan body with the securing board
NOTE: Do not remove the screws B first. Otherwise, the fan body will fall.
Remove the power connector
Remove the screws B and remove the fan guard
