Clamp Position Data Resetting
Place the DOOR INTERLOCK key-switch in the NORMAL position
Close the front door
Make the on-site adjustment mode valid
Set “4” for “D149” of the PC parameter
Press any of the shaded MODE selection switches
Move the saddle to the position where the tailstock can be connected with the saddle by moving the Z-axis with rapid traverse, jog feed, or handle feed operation
Press the [ TSUCLP ] switch
Move the tailstock to the required position in the selected operation mode (rapid feed, jog feed, handle feed)
Press the [ TSCLP ] switch
Data Setting
Place the PANEL key-switch in the (ON) or (PANEL/EDIT) position
Press the MODE selection switch (MDI)
Press the function selection key (OFS/SET)
Press the [SETING] soft key
Press the page selection keys (return) and (advance) to display the SETTING (HANDY) screen
Move the cursor to “PARAMETER WRITE” using the cursor control keys (down) and (up)
Press the (1) Key
Press the (INPUT) Key
Press the function selection key (SYSTEM)
