Inspect blades for the following issues

Are there any dull or chipped blades?

Replace any dull or chipped blades if found

Ensure blade does not extend beyond the inner or outer circumference of the facer

Hydraulic Fluid Level Inspection

Check the hydraulic fluid level in the reservoir

Is the hydraulic fluid visible in the reservoir strainer?

Fill the reservoir until fluid is visible in the strainer

Ensure no dirt, water, or foreign matter enters the tank

Use only clean fluid from an unopened container

Refer to the 'Hydraulic Fluids' section of the manual for fluid recommendations

Read the engine maintenance instructions

Ensure the engine is cool before starting the procedure

Locate the oil filter behind the rear cowling

Locate the dipstick on the opposite side of the engine

Locate the oil drain plug on the bottom of the oil pan

Locate the oil filler cap on top of the engine

Ensure the heater is turned off and cooled down before cleaning.

Wear protective gloves to prevent burns.

Wipe heater surfaces with a clean, non-synthetic cloth.

Ensure no plastic build-up or contamination remains on the heater surfaces.

Return the heater to its insulated heater shroud.

Verify that the heater is not in contact with any flammable materials.

Ensure the grease valve is not loosened more than one turn

Ensure the grease nipple is not loosened

Remove screws and cover to access the adjustment system

Turn hex shaped valve counterclockwise no more than 1 turn
