Inspect for pitted points on the contactor

Inspect for burned points on the contactor

Is replacement of contactor necessary?

Remove the display board cable connector from the control board

Slice each of the display board standoff heads off using a sharp utility knife

Pull the display board from the unit

Remove the display board cable connector from the back of the display board

Place a new display board standoff into each of the four holes in the cabinet

Pump down the unit as per the Pumpdown Procedure

Was there a compressor burn out (motor failure)?

Compressor and Filter Replacement

Replace the liquid line filter-dryer

Ensure nitrogen is flowing through the system during brazing procedures

Is the LCD Interface or PC App accessible?

Are there any alarms or faults reported?

Describe any alarms or faults found

Rectify any problems if alarms are found

Was the problem rectified successfully?

Coaxial Heat Exchanger Flushing Procedure - Open Loop

Isolate the heat exchanger by closing the valves in the IN and OUT ports to the heat exchanger.

Blow out the heat exchanger into a clean 5 gallon bucket using compressed air.

If a purge cart is not available, create a makeshift pump system using:

Connect the inlet and outlet to the heat exchanger ports.

Place 2 gallons of RYDLYME or similar in the purge cart (or bucket).

Circulate the fluid through the heat exchanger for at least 2 hours (3 hours recommended).

Disconnect the purge system and dispose of the solution.
