Enter the conductivity of the feed water

Enter the hardness of the feed water

Enter the oxygen content or surplus at oxygen binder of the feed water

Record the copper content in the feed water

Record the silicic acid level in the feed water

Verify the following parameters are within acceptable limits

Enter the pH value of the condensate

Enter the conductivity of the condensate

Enter the pH value of the boiler water

Enter the conductivity of the boiler water

Enter the hardness of the boiler water

Ensure the engine is switched off before starting the cleaning process.

Verify that all parts are free of rust and deposits

Use a suitable cleaning agent as per Engine – Work Instructions 010.000.001-01 and 010.000.002 04.

Ensure cleaning agents do not corrode seals and materials of the cooling system.

Flush the system thoroughly to remove loose solid matter.

Flush the cooling system thoroughly after cleaning.
