Measure the iron content in the condensate water

Measure the additive concentration in the condensate water

Document the measured values for hardness, iron content, and additive concentration

Are all measured values within the acceptable range?

Check for indications of oil content in water

Measure the concentration of chemical additives

Is the concentration of chemical additives within the acceptable range?

Document the results of the additive concentration test

Send a coolant sample for integrated analysis every 2 to 6 months

Coolant Replacement and Cleaning

Is the coolant older than 3 years?

Ensure all necessary equipment is available

Is the coolant within the specified parameters for water hardness, pH, and chloride content?

Record any deviations from the specified parameters
