Verify the following parameters are within acceptable limits

Check and Document Feed Water Values

Enter the concentration of additives

Enter the acid capacity up to pH 8.2

Are all values within the specified range?

Document any deviations or observations

Draw lubricating oil sample before the filter at engine in operation

Ensure sample bottle is clean and dry

Provide sufficient identification on the sample bottle

Close the sample bottle immediately after filling

Select the laboratory for sample examination

Has the lubricating oil reached MAN Diesel & Turbo exchange criteria?

Ensure the engine is running at full load for dry cleaning

Record the exhaust gas temperature before the turbine

Set working air pressure between 5-7 bar

Select cleaning agents to be used

Measure the grain size of cleaning agents (1.0 mm to 1.5 mm)

Inject granules into the exhaust gas line before the gas inlet casing of the turbocharger

Enter the pH value of the condensate

Enter the conductivity of the condensate
