Load Hook Maintenance

Loosen the screws of the cap for gear cover.
Remove the cap for gear cover.
Brake Unit Removal
Disconnect brake cables.
Loosen the three fastening screws of brake unit.
Remove worn-out brake unit.

Fit new brake unit onto the motor shaft.

Is a single chain link elongated by 5%?

Lubricate the entire length of the load chain with penetrating gear lubricant oil before starting operation for the first time.
Lubrication During Operation
Lubricate the load chain with penetrating gear lubricant oil during operation with no load.
Subsequent Lubrication
Clean the links of the load chain before subsequent lubrication.
Select the type of dry-film lubricant to use when ambient influences are conducive to wear
Describe the frequency of use and operating conditions affecting lubrication needs.
