Hand Pallet Truck With Snapfit Removal
WARNING!: After inserting the battery close the battery lock and then lower the pallet truck.
CAUTION! Trapping hazard when replacing the battery. Do not reach between the battery and the chassis. Wear safety shoes.
Requirements – Truck parked securely, see page 158. – Battery exposed – see page 77.
Tools and Material Required – Battery trolley with six rollers – Hand pallet truck with battery holder inserted
Close the safety catches (85).
Press the pedals (86).
Move the hand pallet truck approx. 200 mm underneath the truck base so that it is central with the battery.
Raise the fork arms of the hand pallet truck until they are just under the floor plate (97).
Insert the battery connector (82) in the bracket.
Hydraulic Oil Filter Replacement
Warning: Dispose of the hydraulic oil and hydraulic oil filter and fuel in accordance with environmental regulations.

Sealing cap undone and removed
Filter element removed upwards
New filter element inserted
