Check screw connections for the following parts

Are all screw connections intact?

Tighten screws to applicable standard as required

Record any issues found during tightening

Refer to the motor's operating manual for permissible temperatures and note any deviations

Is the module out of operation?

Open the cover of the side guide support using a tool (e.g. screwdriver).

Loosen the hammer nut in the side guide support until the hammer head bolt can be removed by slightly turning it.

Replace the side guide profile.

Is the new side guide profile securely installed?

Decommission and disconnect devices from voltage supply

Secure devices against accidental activation

Push up snap-in nose of finger guard from outside of C-profile

Select pitch size for removal method

Lift complete guard between rollers and remove

Close the pocket holes using roller clips

Roller Clip Removal and Replacement

Remove the roller clip with needle-nose pliers from the opening in the side frame

Insert the new roller clip in the opening of the side frame until it completely snaps into place

Pull strap off of the fastening cams of the reflector

Place new reflector on the side frame, mounting plate or side guide at the desired location

Snap the strap fully into the mounting cams of the reflector from the underside
