Interroll Drum Motor RM 8310

Pull strap off of the fastening cams of the photo cell.

Remove old photo cell from side frame, mounting plate, or side guide profile.

Insert the new photo cell at the same point.

Snap the strap fully into the mounting cams of the photo cell from below.

Connect the photo cell to the control system of the module with a cable.

Photo Cell Adjustment and Testing

Turn the setscrew in slightly to raise the photo cell until it 'sees' the reflector.

Decommission and disconnect devices from the voltage supply.

Secure devices against accidental activation.

Identify and document potential danger spots, particularly infeed locations and interfaces.

Remove the roller clip using needle-nose pliers.

Slightly turn carrying idler horizontally.

Check screw connections for the following modules

Are all screw connections intact?

Tighten screws to applicable standard as required

Record any deviations or issues found during tightening

Refer to the motor's operating manual for permissible temperatures and note any concerns

Switch off the power to the module

Ensure protective devices are not removed

Use suitable cleaning agents for remaining parts

De-energize the module and ensure it cannot be started accidentally

Remove side cover on both sides

Uninstall the respective rollers

Slightly turn rollers horizontally and remove the drive belt
