Manual Drive Assembly
Assembly
Place components in the open position
Place plugs on valve half-bodies
Place handle guide on disc shaft
Place connecting rods on disc shafts and fix with screws
Place plugs on connecting rods
Place bushings, washers, and drive arm
Place and tighten nuts
Control Head C-TOP S Adapter Kit Disassembly
Ensure the actuator is without pressure before starting
Disassembly
Release the compressed air supply
Remove the adapter and the air connection on the top part of the actuator
Screw the shaft (08A) on the top part of the piston with a 10 mm wrench
Insert the adapter (13) supplied with the kit through the shaft (08A)
Place the seals (20B,20C,20D) on the core (55)
Insert the core (55) in the adapter (13) and screw it on the actuator with a 19 mm wrench
Screw the air fitting (18) on the adapter (13)
Pneumatic Drive Assembly
Initial Setup
Place the discs (03,03A) in the open position.
Connecting Rod and Disc Shaft Assembly
Place the actuator connecting rod (04C) on the disc shaft (03A) as shown in the figure 10.011.32.0018.
Place the connecting rod (04D) on the disc shaft (03) as shown in the figure 10.011.32.0018 and fix it with the screw (23H).
Bushing and Drive Arm Installation
Place the bushings (17C), the washers (25) and the drive arm (04B).
Place the nuts (26) and tighten them.
Actuator and Support Installation
Leak Detector Assembly
O-ring Placement
Place the O-ring (20A) on the leak detector shaft (08)
Place the O-ring (20D) on the leak detector drive bushing (17C)
Place the O-rings (20C,20D) on the leak detector body (01A)
Assembly of Leak Detector Components
Pass the leak detector shaft (08) with its O-rings through the bottom part of the leak detector body (01A)
Place the spring (06) on the leak detector body (01A)
Place the leak detector drive bushing (17C) and pass the pin through its hole to fix the shaft
Final Touches
Seal Seat Maintenance
Preparation
Ensure all parts are in perfect condition and free from dirt
Lubrication
Lubricate the disc shaft with the specified grease
Lubricate the seat seal with the specified grease
Assembly
Insert the long disc spindle into one of the seal holes
Stretch the seal to insert the short spindle in the free gasket hole
Turn the disc until it is perpendicular to the seal
