Ensure only qualified service personnel perform the procedure

Disconnect and Lock-Out / Tag-Out all electrical power from the facility

Bell Jar Inspection and Cleaning

Pull back the bell jar insulation

Inspect the following components for encrustation with salts and scale

Do the components appear encrusted with salts and scale?

Clean the assembly if encrusted

Warning: Only qualified service personnel should ever be permitted to perform any service related procedure on this chamber!

Warning: Disconnect and Lock-Out / Tag-Out all electrical power from the facility at its source before servicing or cleaning.

Inspect and clean the conditioner fan in the conditioning plenum.

Does the fan spin freely and is it tight on its shaft?

Clean the evaporator cooling coil in the conditioning plenum.

Warning: Only qualified service personnel should perform this procedure!

Warning: Disconnect and Lock-Out / Tag-Out all electrical power before servicing or cleaning.

Caution: Remove All Power From Chamber!

Remove all shelves and side panels

Clean chamber interior thoroughly

Extract the three screws in front of and just below the gasket

Ensure only qualified service personnel perform the procedure

Disconnect and Lock-Out / Tag-Out all electrical power from the facility

Remove all power from the chamber

Inspect condenser coil for dust or dirt accumulation

Clean condenser coil if necessary

Use a brush or vacuum cleaner to clean the condenser coil

Determine cleaning frequency based on air quality at the chamber

Check condenser fan for cleanliness

Ensure only qualified service personnel perform the inspection

Disconnect and Lock-Out / Tag-Out all electrical power from the facility

Check the main temperature controller for temperature indicating accuracy

Check the high limit controller for temperature indicating accuracy

Verify proper activation of limit or alarm outputs
