Disconnect and Lock-Out / Tag-Out all electrical power from the facility

Conditioner Blower Wheel Maintenance

Inspect and clean the conditioner fan in the conditioning plenum

Ensure the fan spins freely and is tight on its shaft

Evaporator Cooling Coil Maintenance

Ensure only qualified service personnel perform the procedure

Disconnect and Lock-Out / Tag-Out all electrical power from the facility at its source before servicing or cleaning

Bell Jar Inspection and Cleaning

Inspect the following components for encrustation with salts and scale

Clean the assembly if encrusted with salts and scale

Drain the bell jar assembly completely by opening the drain valve at the rear of the Vapo-Flo

Warning: Only qualified service personnel should perform this procedure

Warning: Disconnect and Lock-Out / Tag-Out all electrical power before servicing

Check controllers for temperature indicating accuracy and proper activation of limit or alarm outputs

Disconnect and Lock-Out / Tag-Out all electrical power from the facility at its source.

Remove all power from the chamber.

Clean the chamber with the following materials

Use a laboratory disinfectant to finish cleaning.

Remove all shelves and side panels.

Warning: Only qualified service personnel should ever be permitted to perform any service related procedure on this chamber!

Warning: Disconnect and Lock-Out / Tag-Out all electrical power from the facility at its source before servicing or cleaning.

Caution: Remove All Power From Chamber!

Inspect the condenser coil for dust or dirt accumulation that would impede the flow of air (-2 and -4 Models).

Clean the condenser coil with a brush or vacuum cleaner if necessary.

Check the condenser fan for cleanliness.
