Ensure cleaning solution does not contain aggressive ions

Thoroughly wash all surfaces with an appropriate cleaning solution

Take precaution not to spray beyond the blower outlet when cleaning the conditioning plenum

Remove the first screw located behind the gasket at the bottom of the door frame

Remove the next two screws working to the right

Gasket Removal and Installation

Pry the inner shell of the oven upward away from the frame using a flat blade screwdriver

Pull out the old gasket working to the right

Start installing the new gasket as you remove the old one

Re-install the first 3 screws removed

Ensure only qualified maintenance and electrical personnel are performing the inspection.

Turn the main power disconnect switch to the OFF position.

Proceed with the company's Lock-Out / Tag-Out procedure.

Inspect door gasket(s) for wear such as cracks or tears.

Check that the door seals evenly around its perimeter to negate heat loss.

Adjust door latches if necessary.

Ensure only qualified maintenance and electrical personnel are performing the inspection.

Turn the main power disconnect switch to the OFF position.

Proceed with company's Lock-Out / Tag-Out procedure.

Check motor shaft seals for deterioration.

Conditioner Blower Wheel Inspection

Inspect the conditioner blower wheel for cleanliness.

Ensure the blower wheel spins freely.

Ensure only qualified personnel perform maintenance

Turn the main power disconnect switch to OFF position

Proceed with company's Lock-Out / Tag-Out procedure

Main Temperature Controller Calibration Inspection

Check temperature indicating accuracy of the main controller

Is the temperature within the acceptable range?

Does the controller activate limit or alarm outputs properly?
