Remove the first screw located behind the gasket at the bottom of the door frame

Remove the next two screws working to the right

Pry the inner shell of the oven upward away from the frame using a flat blade screwdriver

Pull out the old gasket working to the right

Install the new gasket as you remove the old one

Re-install the first 3 screws removed

Continued Screw Removal and Gasket Replacement

Ensure only qualified maintenance and electrical personnel are performing the inspection

Turn the main power disconnect switch to the OFF position

Proceed with company's Lock-Out / Tag-Out procedure

Main Temperature Controller Calibration Inspection

Check temperature indicating accuracy of the main temperature controller

Is the temperature controller activating limit or alarm outputs properly?

Reference the controller user manual for more information

Ensure only qualified maintenance and electrical personnel are performing the inspection.

Turn the main power disconnect switch to the OFF position.

Proceed with company's Lock-Out / Tag-Out procedure.

Check motor shaft seals for deterioration.

Conditioner Blower Wheel Inspection

Ensure no cleaning solution contains chloride or fluoride ions

Thoroughly wash all surfaces with an appropriate cleaning solution

Take proper precaution not to spray beyond the blower outlet

Ensure only qualified maintenance and electrical personnel are performing the inspection.

Turn the main power disconnect switch to the OFF position.

Proceed with the company's Lock-Out / Tag-Out procedure.

Inspect door gasket(s) for wear such as cracks or tears.

Check that the door seals evenly around its perimeter to negate heat loss.

Adjust door latches if necessary.
