Place the O-ring (20A) on the leak detector shaft (08)

Place the O-ring (20D) on the leak detector drive bushing (17C)

Place the O-rings (20C,20D) on the leak detector body (01A)

Assembly of Leak Detector Components

Pass the leak detector shaft (08) with its O-rings through the bottom part of the leak detector body (01A)

Place the spring (06) on the leak detector body (01A)

Place the leak detector drive bushing (17C) and pass the pin through its hole to fix the shaft

Check for absence of leaks around the valve

Ensure smooth operation of the valve

Record maintenance activities performed on the valve

Enter the number of days since the last inspection

Remove the pin (50) that joins the leak detector drive bushing (17C) to the body (01A)

Remove the drive bushing (17C) and the spring (06) through the leak detector upper part and the shaft (08) through the bottom part

Remove the O-ring (20A) from the leak detector shaft (08)

Remove the O-ring (20D) from the drive bushing (17C)

Remove the O-rings (20C,20D) from the leak detector body (01A)

Ensure all parts are removed and accounted for

Proceed with caution to avoid personal injury.

Disconnect the compressed air before starting to disassemble the valve.

Read instructions carefully before disassembling the valve clamps.

Ensure only qualified persons perform valve and actuator assembly and disassembly.

Gather the necessary tools for disassembly and assembly

Lubricate the discs (03,03A) and the seat seals (05) with the specified grease.

Disconnect the compressed air from the actuator

Disassemble the upper protectors by unscrewing the screws that join them to the actuator support

Remove the screw that joins the bottom protectors and the bottom leak detectors to the valve body

Unscrew the screws to separate the fixed bottom protector from the mobile

Loosen the screws which join the flanges to the half-bodies

Remove the screws which join the actuator support to the half-bodies

Remove the pin which joins the connecting rod to the actuator

Remove the screw which joins the connecting rod to the disc shaft
