Ensure the compressor is electrically isolated for at least 15 minutes before commencing any maintenance work.

Isolate the compressor from the system and fully discharge the compressed air within the compressor.

Cleaning / Checking Condensate Drain

Remove tubes from drain assembly.

Remove screen from drain assembly.

Carefully clean screen of debris.

Reinstall screen and reattach tubes to drain assembly.

Inspect Starter box power drive element (PDM) filter element (if applicable)

Inspect and test pressure relief valve

Inspect Airend/Pressure System/Receiver

Check High Airend Temperature Sensor

Inspect external surfaces of the airend for damage, corrosion, and abrasions

Close all air inlets and depressurize the filter housing

Turn the bowl in counter-clockwise direction

Unscrew the bowl completely from the filter head and pull it off

Remove the exhausted element by unscrewing from the filter head

Clean the O-ring seat of the head where you insert the element

Check Connections and hoses for leaks

Check coolant level in sight glass while compressor is running loaded

Is the coolant level within the green area on the decal?

Isolate the compressor from the external air system

Press the emergency stop to vent the separator tank and airend

Ensure the main power disconnect is locked off and tagged

Inspect components for blockage or issues

Clean Dryer condenser with compressed air (if applicable)
