Inspect components for blockage or issues

Clean Dryer condenser with compressed air (if applicable)

Clean condenser with compressed air, do not damage fins

Is the dryer working properly after maintenance?

Inspect Scavenge Tubes/Orifice and Blowdown System

Inspect scavenge orifice and tubing for blockage and clean if necessary

Inspect blowdown diverter orifice and clean if necessary

Inspect blowdown valve and controls tubing for blockage and clean if necessary

Is the direction of flow correct after re-installation?

Replace Starter Box Power Drive Element (PDM) Filter Element

Ensure compressor is electrically isolated for at least 15 minutes

Replace the filter element in the starter box filter housing

Clean Air-Cooled Combination Cooling System

Is the hose location containing compressor coolant?

Drain the coolant into a clean container

Cover the container to prevent contamination

Replace with new coolant if contaminated

Ensure the compressor is electrically isolated for at least 15 minutes before commencing any maintenance work.

Remove the panels from the compressor.

Use a clean dry cloth to remove dust from the surface of the motor cowl.

Ensure all ventilation slots are free of obstructions.
