O-Ring Replacement and Sleeve Installation

Replace O-rings if worn or damaged

Bushing and Spacer Installation

Install one (121) sleeve bushing

Install the remaining (121) bushing

Orient spacer legs away from blocking internal ports

Lubricate and insert (111) spool

Lubricate and install (110) packing cup

Insert (109) piston into air inlet side cavity

Ensure (110) packing cup lips point outward

Install gasket and replace plate

Inspect all parts for wear or damage

Replace worn or damaged parts with new parts as required

Lubricate diaphragm rod with Key-Lube O-ring lube

Lubricate O-ring with Key-Lube O-ring lube

Use ARO pn / 98931-T bullet (installation tool) to install O-ring on diaphragm rod

Remove the following components

Push on the inner diameter of (111) spool to force out (109) piston

Continue pushing and remove (111) spool

Check (111) spool for scratches and gouges

Remove the following internal parts from the air section (exhaust side)

Remove (123) screws and (122) O-rings

Remove components from the (101) motor body

Remove (103) sleeve and (102) O-rings

Are all components removed and accounted for?

Describe any issues encountered during disassembly
