Major Valve Disassembly
Disassembly of Components
Remove components
Push on the inner diameter of (111) spool to force out (109) piston
Continue pushing and remove (111) spool
Check (111) spool for scratches and gouges
Removal of Internal Parts
Remove internal parts from air section (exhaust side)
Check for damaged O-rings

General Reassembly Notes
Inspect and replace old parts with new parts as necessary
Look for deep scratches on metallic surfaces, and nicks or cuts in O-rings
Take precautions to prevent cutting O-rings upon installation
Lubricate O-rings with Key-Lube
Do not over-tighten fasteners, refer to torque specification block on view
Re-torque fasteners following restart

Fluid Section Reassembly
Preparation
Clean all parts
Inspect all parts for wear or damage
Replace worn or damaged parts with new parts as required
Lubrication
Lubricate diaphragm rod with Key-Lube O-ring lube
Lubricate O-ring with Key-Lube O-ring lube
Reassembly
Use ARO pn / 98931-T bullet (installation tool) to install O-ring on diaphragm rod
Pilot Valve Disassembly
Disassembly Steps
Remove (104) retaining ring
Remove (123) screws and (122) O" rings
Remove components from the (101) motor body
Remove additional components
Post Disassembly
Inspect all removed parts for wear and damage
Describe any issues found during inspection
Clean all parts thoroughly before reassembly
Pilot Valve Reassembly
O-Ring Replacement and Sleeve Installation
Replace O-rings if worn or damaged and reinstall sleeve
Bushing and Spacer Installation
Install sleeve bushings, O-rings, and spacers
Pilot Rod Installation
Carefully push (118) pilot rod into bushings and retain with O-rings and screws
Retain pilot rod with O-rings and screws
Replace (104) retaining rings
