Ingersoll Rand Diaphragm Pump 666250-EEB-C

Inspect all parts for wear or damage

Replace worn or damaged parts with new parts as required

Lubricate diaphragm rod with Key-Lube O-ring lube

Lubricate O-ring with Key-Lube O-ring lube

Use ARO pn / 98931-T bullet to aid in installation of O-ring on diaphragm rod

Inspect and replace old parts with new parts as necessary

Take precautions to prevent cutting O-rings upon installation

Lubricate O-rings with Key-Lube

Re-torque fasteners following restart

Service is divided into two parts

Disassembly of Plate and Gaskets

Push on the inner diameter of (111) spool to force the (109) piston out

Continue pushing the (111) spool and remove it

Check for scratches and gouges on the (111) spool

Remove (123) screws and (122) O" rings

Remove (118) piston rod, (121) sleeve bushing, (119) O" rings and (120) spacers from the (101) motor body

Remove (103) sleeve and (102) O" rings

Ensure all parts are removed and accounted for

Describe any issues encountered during disassembly

Refer to part views and descriptions on pages 4 through 7 for parts identification and service kit information.

Ensure ARO Smart Parts are available for fast repair.

Provide a clean work surface to protect sensitive internal moving parts.

Select the service kit for the diaphragm pump function

Select the material option for the FLUID SECTION

Empty captured material in the outlet manifold by turning the pump upside down.
