Drain the coolant into a clean container and cover it to prevent contamination.

Refill the compressor with coolant.

Ensure the compressor is electrically isolated for at least 15 minutes before commencing any maintenance work.

Isolate the compressor from the system and fully discharge the compressed air within the compressor.

Cleaning / Checking Condensate Drain

Remove tubes from drain assembly.

Remove screen from drain assembly.

Carefully clean screen of debris.

Reinstall screen and reattach tubes to drain assembly.

Isolate the compressor from the system

Press the emergency stop to vent the separator tank and airend

Ensure the main power disconnect switch is locked off and tagged

Remove the outer belt guard from the airend support

Loosen the four motor support plate bolts to allow the plate to pivot

Loosen the nut on the belt tensioning (carriage) bolt

Locate and adjust the jack bolt to raise the assembly

Clean condenser with compressed air, do not damage fins

Is the dryer working properly after maintenance?

Check condition of flexible tube used for condensate drainage

Replace flexible tube if necessary

Check that all connecting pipes are properly tightened and fixed
