250 Hourly Fork Pins, Carriage Pins, And Carriage Sliding Surfaces Lubrication
Every 250 Hours
Fork pin or side shift apron pin found bent or damaged
Replace a fork pin, or a side shift apron pin, if found bent or damaged. See 2-Stage Mast 4000SRM1647.
Fork pin area lubricated with grease where the forks and fork guides travel
For side shift carriages, lubricate the fitting on the apron brackets.
Forks and carriage repositioned to ensure the entire area of travel is lubricated

500 Hourly Engine Oil and Engine Oil Filter Change
WARNING: Long-term exposure to used engine oil can cause skin irritation or cancer. Use caution when checking or adding oil to the engine. If oil comes in contact with skin, wash with detergent and water.
CAUTION: DO NOT permit dirt to enter the engine when the oil level is checked or the filter is changed. NEVER operate the engine without oil. The operation of the engine without oil will damage the engine.
Engine oil and filter replaced?
Specify the type of oil used
Enter the amount of oil used in liters
Oil filter housing cleaned and new gasket applied?
Drain plug installed and engine refilled with new oil?
Sign off on the engine oil and filter change
3000 Hourly Hydraulic Oil Maintenance
Every 3,000 Hours
When oil life is 3,000 Hours, but when it has not yet reached 6,000 hours, oil can be tested if it complies with the requirements for extended usage.
Enter the current oil life hours
Take an oil sample at port Mp, which is located on the main valve. Alternative sampling methods (extraction pump) are not recommended.
Upload a photo of the oil sample taken
Send the sample to a specified laboratory for investigation.
Oil can be used for another 1000 hours if it passes following tests:

Oil has to be replaced if it fails the test or if there are no possibilities to test the oil.
500 Hourly Extension Beam Wear Pads Maintenance
Every 500 Hours
Inspect the wear pads for wear. See Figure 36.
Replace the wear pads if thickness is 18 mm (0.709 in.) or less. When replacing wear pads, simultaneously replace all pads that are fitted in the same plane. (All lower pads, all upper pads or all side pads). Using wear pads with a different thickness will twist and damage the extension beam weldment.
Check torqueing of the hardware that retain the wear pad brackets. The required torque is 63 N•m (46 lbf ft).
Grease the tracks for the wear pads.
Sign off on the wear pads maintenance
250 Hourly/ 1 Daily Engine Compartment Inspection
Daily and Every 250 Hours
Open the hood and check for leaks and abnormal conditions
Clean any oil or fuel spills
Make sure all surfaces are free of oil, lubricants, fuel, and organic dust or fibers (paper, wood, cotton, wool, etc.)
Remove all foreign materials
Sign off on the engine compartment inspection
