Socket Head Cap Screws Removal

Loosen and remove the socket head cap screws fastening the bushing to the hub.

Select the mounting type for socket head cap screws installation

Hub Removal

Tighten each socket head cap screw an eighth of a turn, alternating between the two, until the hub comes loose from the bushing.

Disconnect and secure to the 'off' position all electrical power to the fan

Ensure the unit is made non-functional (fuses removed, disconnect locked off)

Remove hood to gain access to motor compartment

Disconnect motor wiring and controls wiring (if present)

Remove the 4 or 6 screws securing the powerpack

Carefully lift out the powerpack while keeping it centered to the housing
