Accessory drive belt(s) inspected

After initial inspection, inspect every other oil change until replaced.

Sign off on the vehicle maintenance

Function of all interior and exterior lights

Tires (including spare) for wear and proper pressure

Fuel and water separator. Drain if necessary (or if indicated by the information display)

Holes and slots in the tail pipe to make sure they are functional and clear of debris

Sign off on the monthly vehicle check

Change the automatic transmission fluid

Replace the accessory drive belt(s)

*3 If not replaced within the last 100,000 mi (160,000 km)

Replace the timing belt (1.5L engine)

Warning: Brake fluid servicing requires special equipment available at your authorized dealer.

If special equipment is not available, contact your authorized dealer and stop the procedure

3 years have passed since the last brake fluid change?

If 3 years have not passed, stop the procedure

Brake fluid successfully changed

Sign off on the brake fluid change

Battery connections checked and cleaned if necessary

Body and door drain holes checked for obstructions and cleaned if necessary

Cooling system fluid level and coolant strength

Door weatherstrips checked for wear and lubricated if necessary

Hinges, latches and outside locks checked for proper operation and lubricated if necessary

Parking brake checked for proper operation

Seatbelts and seat latches checked for wear and function

Safety warning lamps (brake, ABS, airbag and seatbelt) checked for operation

Washer spray and wiper operation checked. Blades cleaned or replaced as necessary
