Inspect the brake system pads and rotors

Inspect the air filter restriction gauge

Replace the air filter if necessary

Reset the engine air filter information monitor after you replace the air filter

Inspect the suspension ball joints

Check Air filter restriction gauge

Check Function of all interior and exterior lights

Check Tires including the spare for wear and proper pressure

Check Windshield washer fluid level

Check Fuel and water separator. Drain if necessary or if indicated by the information display

Check Holes and slots in the tail pipe to make sure they are functional and clear of debris

Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!

Automatic transmission fluid and filter changed

Dealer consulted for requirements

Accessory drive belt or belts replaced

Front wheel bearings and seals replaced

Transfer case fluid changed, if applicable

Sign off on the truck maintenance

Air filter restriction gauge in the upper housing of the air filter assembly?

Enter the current reading of the air filter restriction gauge

Is the restriction gauge reading near the change filter line and the gauge is yellow?

If the restriction gauge is near the change filter line and the gauge is yellow, change the air filter element.

Did you reset the gauge after installing a new air filter element?

If you operated your vehicle during heavy snowfall or extreme rain, follow the next steps:

Did you clear any snow and ice from the air filter housing inlet and reset the air filter restriction gauge?

Did you reset the air filter restriction gauge after driving at highway speeds for approximately 15–30 minutes?

Reset the Intelligent Oil-Life Monitor after engine oil and filter changes

U-joints inspected and lubricated

Brake system pads and rotors inspected

Air filter restriction gauge inspected

Air filter replaced if necessary

Sign off on the truck maintenance
