Outdoor Unit 4-Way Valve Replacement
Remove the service panel

Remove 3 valve bed fixing screws, 4 ball valve and stop valve fixing screws then remove the valve bed
Remove 3 right side panel fixing screws in the rear of the unit then remove the right side panel
Remove the 4-way valve coil
Outdoor Unit Compressor (MC) Replacement
Remove the service panel
Remove the top panel
Remove 2 front cover panel fixing screws (5 × 10) and remove the front cover panel
Remove 4 back cover panel fixing screws (5 × 10) and remove the back cover panel
Remove the electrical parts box
Remove 3 valve bed fixing screws (4 × 10), 4 ball valve and stop valve fixing screws (5 × 16), then remove the valve bed
Remove 3 right side panel fixing screws (5 × 10) in the rear of the unit and remove the right side panel
Remove 3 separator fixing screws (4 × 10) and remove the separator
Remove the soundproof cover for compressor
Outdoor Unit Electrical Parts Box Replacemernt
Remove the service panel
Upload a photo of the removed service panel
Remove the top panel
Upload a photo of the removed top panel
Disconnect the indoor/outdoor connecting wire and power supply wire from terminal block
Disconnect the connectors on the controller circuit board
Remove the terminal cover and disconnect the compressor lead wire
Remove 2 electrical parts box fixing screws (4 × 10) and detach the electrical parts box by pulling it upward
The electrical parts box is fixed with 2 hooks on the left and 1 hook on the right
Outdoor Unit Fan Motor (MF1, MF2) Replacement
Remove the service panel
Upload a photo of the service panel removal
Remove the top panel
Upload a photo of the top panel removal
Remove 4 fan grille fixing screws (5 × 10) to detach the fan grille
Upload a photo of the fan grille removal
Remove a nut (for right handed screw of M6) to detach the propeller
Upload a photo of the propeller removal
Disconnect the connectors, CNF1, CNF2 on controller circuit board in electrical parts box
Outdoor Unit High Pressure Switch (63H) (63H1) (63H2) Replacement
Service panel removed
Top panel removed
Right side panel fixing screws removed
Lead wire of high pressure switch pulled out
Refrigerant recovered
Welded part of high pressure switch removed
Select the type of high pressure switch
Note 1: Recover refrigerant without spreading it in the air.
Note 2: The welded part can be removed easily by removing the right side panel.
