Oudoor Unit Thermistor <Outdoor pipe> (TH3) (TH33) and Thermistor <Discharge> (TH4), Thermistor <Shell> (TH32) Replacement
Remove the service panel
Disconnect the connectors, TH3 (white) and TH4 (white),TH33 (yellow), TH32 (black) on the controller circuit board in the electrical parts box
Loosen the clamp for the lead wire under the electrical parts box
Pull out the thermistor <Outdoor pipe> (TH3), (TH33) and thermistor <Discharge> (TH4) from the sensor holder
Removing the thermistor<Shell> (TH32)
Remove the sound proof cover (upper) for compressor
Pull out the thermistor <Shell> (TH32) from the holder of the compressor shell
Sign off on the thermistor replacement
Outdoor Unit 4-way valve Replacement
Upload Photo 1 of the service panel and top panel removal
Service panel removed
Top panel removed
Number of valve bed fixing screws removed
Number of ball valve and stop valve fixing screws removed
Valve bed removed
Number of right side panel fixing screws removed
Right side panel removed
Upload Photo 15 of the 4-way valve coil removal
Outdoor Unit Compressor (MC) Replacement
Remove the service panel

Remove 2 front cover panel fixing screws (5 × 10) and remove the front cover panel

Indoor/outdoor connecting wire disconnected from terminal block
Disconnect the connectors on the controller circuit board
Disconnect the pipe-side connections
Lead wires disconnected from the reactors
Terminal cover removed and compressor lead wire disconnected
Outdoor Unit Fan Motor (MF1,MF2) Replacement
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Service panel removed
Top panel removed
Number of fan grille fixing screws removed
Propeller detached
Disconnect the connectors, CNF1, CNF2 on controller circuit board in electrical parts box.
Number of fan motor fixing screws removed
Fan motor detached
Sign off on the fan motor replacement
