Dust Collector Filter Maintenance
Caution: Use proper safety and protective equipment when removing contaminants and filters. Dirty filters may be heavier than they appear. Use care when removing filters to avoid personal injury. Do not drop filters.
Turn power to unit off.
Start at the top access port.
Remove access cover by turning the knob counterclockwise.
Break the seal between the filter cartridge and the sealing surface.
Slowly rotate the cartridge one-half turn to remove dust that may have accumulated on the top of the filter.
Slide the filter out the access port along the suspension yoke.
Dispose of properly.
Clean the sealing surface with a damp cloth.

Empty dust container
Empty 55-gallon drum if used and two-thirds full
Close the slide gate before servicing the drum if optional slide gate is used
Reinstall drum
Open gate
Dust Collector Check
Monitor overall performance of the collector

Monitor dust disposal
Compressed Air Components Inspection
Caution: Turn compressed-air supply off and bleed lines before performing service work.

Drain moisture following the manufacturer’s instructions.
