Inspect components for cracks or damage

Replace any damaged components immediately

Ensure all screws for connection structures are securely tightened, especially for arm junctions and battery locker

Check if waterproof rubber port covers are in place

Ensure there is no blockage in the intake vent of the upper cooling fan

Replace propellers if any issues are found

Rotate motors manually to ensure they are firmly installed without gaps

Ensure motors rotate smoothly without noise

Propeller Mounting Verification

Refer to the propulsion system section in the Regular Maintenance Items

Verify if any of the following conditions are met

Ensure the vision system is powered on

Connect the vision system to the calibration software

Run the initial diagnostics check

Record the current calibration settings

Adjust the calibration settings as necessary

Check that all the parts are in place

Enter the battery voltage level

Is the battery voltage within the acceptable range?

Update the drone's firmware to the latest version

Clean the drone's exterior surfaces

Unfold and secure the frame arms

Rotate the rotor of the motor to check for blockage or rubbing

Observe the gap between the rotor and stator for rubbing with the motor base

Action if blockage or rubbing is detected
