Did you operate the unit for several minutes?

Did you shut down the operation by force using the circuit breaker?

Note: If the unit is shut down using the remote controller instead of the circuit breaker, the capacitor discharges the electric load, thus disallowing accurate measurement.

Are you taking measurements at the power transistor (+) and (-) terminals?

Is the multi-tester set to DC and VOLTAGE RANGE before measurement?

Sign off on the capacitor voltage check

Warning: Be sure to wait 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.

Removed the terminal cover and the lead wires of the compressor?

Removed the thermistor for the heat exchanger?

Warning!: Ventilate when the refrigerant leaks during the work. (If the refrigerant is exposed to the fire, it will cause toxic gas.)

Removed the four way valve’s coil?

Caution: Be careful about four-way valve, pipes and so on, which were heated up by a gas brazing machine, so as not to get burnt on your hands.

Restored the piping by nonoxidation brazing?

Wrapped the four way valve with wet cloth and made up water so that the cloth will not be dried and avoid excessive heating?

Warning: The filter material is paper, it can not be cleaned with water.

Remove the dust with a vacuum cleaner

Place the filter in the sun for approximately 6 hours.

Sign off on the filter maintenance

Warning: Be sure to wait 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.

1) Remove the two screws fixing the partition plate.

2) Pull the partition plate upward to remove.

3) When restoring the partition plate, fit the hook into the bottom frame.

1) The reactor can be released by removing the fixed screw.

3. Remove the reactor assembly.

1) Remove the one screw fixing the reactor assembly to the bottom frame.

• Hold the grille by the tabs on the two sides and lift it unitl it stops with a click.

• Supporting the front grille with one hand, release the lock by sliding down the knob with the other hand.

• To remove the front grille, pull it toward yourself with both hands.

• Wipe it with a soft cloth soaked in water.

• Only neutral detergent may be used.

• In case of washing the grille with water, dry it with cloth, dry it up in the shade after washing.
