Install the inverter checker instead of a compressor

Voltage of the built-in smoothing electrolytic capacitor dropped to 10 VDC or below?

Terminals removed from the compressor?

Terminals connected to the terminals of the inverter checker without touching each other?

Activate power transistor test operation from the outdoor unit

Forced cooling operation ON/OFF button pressed for 5 seconds?

Diagnose according to 6 LEDs lighting status

Check the connection of connector

Check the motor power supply voltage output (pins 4 - 7)

Check the motor control voltage (pins 4 - 3)

Check the rotation command voltage (pins 4 - 2)

Check the rotation pulse (pins 4 - 1)

Sign off on the Fan Motor Connector Output Check

Warning: Check the main circuit for short circuit before proceeding

Main circuit checked for short circuit?

Warning: Be careful never to touch any live parts.

Voltage reading of the capacitor

EV connector correctly connected to the PCB

Does the EV generate latching sound when power is turned off and on again?

Continuity check when EV does not generate latching sound

Continuity between the pins 1 - 6 and 3 - 6

Continuity between the pins 2 - 5 and 4 - 5

If there is no continuity between the pins, the EV coil is faulty

If the continuity is confirmed, the outdoor unit PCB is faulty

Note: The latching sound varies depending on the valve type

Sign off on the electronic expansion valve check

Warning: Disconnect the connectors of the thermistors from the PCB before proceeding

Thermistors disconnected from the PCB?

Measure the resistance of each thermistor

Select the model of the thermistor

Sign off on the thermistor resistance check
