WARNING! Before removing oil filler plug, ensure that the pressure is released by opening an air outlet valve

Is the unit standing level with engine stopped?

Does the pointer of the oil level gauge (OLG) register in the upper extremity of the green range?

Is it necessary to add oil via the oil fill plug (FP)?

Sign off on the compressor oil level check

Check Cleaning of water separator

Check Cleaning of water jacket and radiator interior

Is the electrolyte level at 10 to 15 mm above the plates or at the indicated level?

Did you top up with distilled water only?

Are the terminals and clamps tight and clean?

Are the terminals and clamps lightly covered with petroleum jelly?

Unscrew the final filter element from the adapter head

Clean the adapter head sealing surface

Lightly oil the gasket of the new element and screw the latter onto the header until the gasket is properly seated, then tighten with both hands

Do not fill with fuel before assembling new filter. Filling the fuel filter introduces dirty (unfiltered) fuel to the injectors

After replacing the final filter’s element, prime fuel system with manual prime bulb located below the fuel filter’s housing

Check for fuel leaks once the engine has been restarted

Sign off on the fuel filter element replacement

Release the snap clips (1) and remove the dust trap. Clean the trap

Remove the element (3) from the housing. If the element is to be serviced for immediate re-use, reinstall the dust trap to protect the air intake system while cleaning the element

Reassemble in reverse order of dismantling

Inspect and tighten all air intake connections

Reset the vacuum indicator by pushing the reset button

Sign off on the air filter element change
