Check Leaks in air-, oil- or fuel system

Check Engine minimum and maximum speeds

Check/Adjust Brake system (if installed)

Grease Joints of height adjustment adjustable towbar

Grease Coupling head and all its moving parts / shaft

WARNING! Never mix oils of different brands or types

NOTE! Consult also the Engine Operation Manual for the oil specifications, viscosity recommendations and oil change intervals

Check engine oil level according to the instructions in the Engine Operation Manual

Did you top up with oil if necessary?

1. Keep the battery clean and dry

- Keep the electrolyte level at 10 to 15 mm above the plates or at the indicated level; top up with distilled water only

- Keep the terminals and clamps tight, clean, and lightly covered petroleum jelly;

Warning: Ensure the engine is off before starting the procedure

Unscrew the filter element from the adapter head

Clean the adapter head sealing surface

Lightly oil the gasket of the new element

Screw the new element onto the header until the gasket is properly seated

Tighten the new element with both hands

Check for fuel leaks once the engine has been restarted

Sign off on the fuel filter element replacement

WARNING! Observe all relevant environmental and safety precautions

Place an appropriate drain pan under the drainplug of the fuel tank

Lift the towbar and tilt the compressor approx. 15° to remove all fuel, dirt and water

Clean the fuel tank and fix the drain plug handtight

WARNING! Never leave spilled liquids such as fuel, oil, water and cleansing agents in or around the compressor

Refill the fuel tank with clean fuel

Sign off on the fuel tank cleaning
