Check electrolyte level and terminals of battery

Check for leaks in air-, oil- or fuel system

Check and adjust brake system (if installed)

Grease towing eye shaft or ball coupling and its shaft

WARNING! Never remove the cooling system filler cap while coolant is hot. The system may be under pressure. Remove the cap slowly and only when coolant is at ambient temperature. A sudden release of pressure from a heated cooling system can result in personal injury from the splash of hot coolant

NOTE! In order to guarantee the lifetime and quality of the product, thus optimising engine protection, regular coolant-condition-analysis is recommended. The quality of the product can be determined by three parameters

Visual check - Verify the appearance of the coolant with regard to its colour and make sure that no loose particles are floating around

pH measurement - Check the pH value of the coolant using a pH-measuring device

Enter the part number of the pH-meter used

If the pH-level is below 7 or above 9.5, should the coolant be replaced?

Warning: Do not drain the oil when the engine is cold.

Drain the crankcase with the engine stopped.

Drain the crankcase with the oil warm.

Failure to follow this recommended procedure will cause the waste particles to be recirculated through the engine lubrication system with the new oil.

Sign off on the engine oil change

Remember: The electrolyte level should be 10 to 15 mm above the plates or at the indicated level

Did you top up with distilled water only?

Record the quantity of distilled water added

Are the terminals and clamps tight and clean?

Are the terminals and clamps lightly covered in petroleum jelly?

Carry out periodic condition tests. Test intervals of 1 to 3 months, depending on climate and operating conditions, are recommended

Sign off on the battery testing

Replace bleed off valve unloader

Replace filter element from regulating valve

Clean flow restrictor in oil scavenge line
