Electric Heater Wiring and Wiring Connections
All wiring connections checked and tightened as necessary
Internal wiring checked and replaced as necessary with type THHN 221°F (105°C), 600V, 16-gauge wire or equivalent
Heater control panel checked for dust/dirt and moisture and cleaned as necessary
Heating elements checked for dust/dirt buildup and/or broken elements. Elements replaced and/or cleaned with low pressure air as necessary
Element male/female chassis insulators checked for breaks and/or cracks. Replaced as necessary
Element support frame insulators checked. Missing or broken insulators replaced as necessary
Sign off on the electric heater wiring and wiring connections
Energy Conservation Wheel

Check if small ECWs require maintenance
Check if larger ECWs are greased annually
DRIVE MOTOR
Check if drive motors require maintenance
DRIVE BELTS
Check if belts require adjustment or replacement

Inspect blower wheel and clean as necessary
Check for excessive vibration in blower wheel
Fix scratches on cabinet exterior
Inspect the caulk annually and re-apply as needed
Verify that no flammable objects, liquids, or vapors are present near the unit
Ensure free movement of condensing fans
Check that all fan mounting hardware is tight
Check motor bearings for wear
Check for blockages in condensate drain pan and drain
Refrigeration Circuit Components
Check evaporator coil for dirt and bent fins.
Clean evaporator coil with water from blower side towards filter side.
Check condenser coil for dirt and bent fins.
Clean condenser coil by brushing off with broom.
Check compressors for any maintenance requirement.
Note: Compressors are factory-supplied with a charge of oil and should not require additional maintenance.

Before greasing, be sure fittings are clean and free from dirt.
Remove grease relief plug or plate and, using a low-pressure grease gun, pump in the required grease.
