The HACR Shaft and Handle Replacement

Remove the unit front panel

Remove three hex screws on the HACR enclosure

Remove the front cover of the HACR enclosure

Is the HACR at OFF position?

Insert the shaft all the way with the cross pin on the top of the shaft in the horizontal position

Tighten the locking screw to secure the shaft to the HACR

Turn the handle to the OFF position with red arrow pointing at OFF

Install the handle on to the painted cover horizontally with the red arrow pointing to the left

Secure the handle to the painted cover with two screws and lock washers supplied

The NFD Shaft and Handle Replacement

Remove three hex screws on the NFD enclosure

Ensure the NFD is at OFF position

Insert the shaft with the cross pin on the top of the shaft in the horizontal position

Measure the tip of the shaft to the top surface of the pointer

Tighten the locking screw to secure the shaft to the NFD

Turn the handle to the OFF position with red arrow pointing at OFF

Install the handle on to the painted cover horizontally with the red arrow pointing to the left
