Remove the bonnet screws, valve bonnet, bonnet gasket, core/diaphragm subassembly and body gasket

Lubricate the bonnet gasket and body gasket with Dow Corning® 200 Fluid lubricant or equivalent

Apply RemGrit TFL 50® Dry Lubricant to valve seat, valve body surface, and internal surface of valve bonnet

Lubricate with RemGrit TFL 50® Dry Lubricant if not installing Rebuild Kit

Close the upstream manual gas valve

Avoid any type of sparking or ignition

Vent hazardous or combustible fumes to a safe area

Check for indicators of cleaning requirement

Is the motor operating smoothly after lubrication?

!WARNING: Turn the disconnect switch off when performing service or maintenance functions.

Verify motor size and lubrication requirement

Ensure grease is bearing quality and compatible with lithium bases thickener

Is the lubrication interval between 3 to 6 months?

Lubricate the blower bearing if required

Use a Browning Belt Tension Checker to measure belt tension

Use a straight edge to verify belt alignment

Record the measured belt tension

Is the belt tension within the recommended range?

Are there any indications of loose belts (e.g., barking or squealing)?

Perform periodic belt adjustments if necessary
