Remove the bonnet screws, valve bonnet, bonnet gasket, core/diaphragm sub-assembly and body gasket

Check for worn or damaged parts

Lubricate the bonnet gasket and body gasket with Dow Corning® 200 Fluid lubricant

Apply RemGrit TFL 50® Dry Lubricant to valve seat, valve body surface, and internal surface of the valve bonnet

Lubricate with RemGrit TFL 50® Dry Lubricant if Rebuild Kit is not installed

Is the selected grease bearing quality and compatible with lithium bases thickener?

Was the lubrication process completed successfully?

Remove the filters from the rainhood or filter section

Handle filters carefully to prevent debris from being dislodged

Clean using a stream of water or soap and water

Close the upstream manual gas valve

Avoid any type of sparking or ignition

Vent hazardous or combustible fumes to a safe area

Check if the voltage to the coil is correct
