Turn off the heater before servicing the filters

Remove the filters from the filter section carefully

Measure the initial pressure drop across the filters

!WARNING: Turn the disconnect switch off when performing service or maintenance functions.

Blower Bearing Lubrication Steps

Select appropriate grease for lubrication

Was the lubrication process completed successfully?

Use a Browning Belt Tension Checker

Verify proper belt tension according to the provided table

Is there any indication of loose belts (e.g., barking or squealing when the blower starts)?

Adjust the belt tension if necessary

Remove the bonnet screws, valve bonnet, bonnet gasket, core/diaphragm subassembly and body gasket

Lubricate the bonnet gasket and body gasket with Dow Corning® 200 Fluid lubricant or equivalent

Apply RemGrit TFL 50® Dry Lubricant to valve seat, valve body surface, and internal surface of valve bonnet

Lubricate with RemGrit TFL 50® Dry Lubricant if not installing Rebuild Kit
