Valve Disassemble

Disassemble the valve
Remove the solenoid enclosure
Remove the bonnet screws, valve bonnet, bonnet gasket, core/diaphragm subassembly and body gasket
Lubrication
Lubricate the bonnet gasket and body gasket with Dow Corning® 200 Fluid lubricant or equivalent
Apply RemGrit TFL 50® Dry Lubricant to valve seat, valve body surface, and internal surface of valve bonnet
Lubricate with RemGrit TFL 50® Dry Lubricant if not installing Rebuild Kit
